Each year NACO offers an industry scholarship to an outstanding cinema manager or assistant manager.

NACO wishes to nurture and recognise the incredible talent, maturity, business acumen and creativity of Australian and New Zealand Cinema Managers & Assistant Managers.

The successful recipient is rewarded with an international business trip and attendance to a globally recognised industry convention that speaks directly to their skill set and offers the incredible opportunity to learn and develop new skills and focus on an area of the business that directly impacts and ignites the individual.
